I tend to call them assholes.

Both, sometimes mom and dad sometimes by their names. Depends on the relationship that you have I think. I fortunately have a great one, they are awesome!
My wife calls them “mama and papa”, so that’s what I call them. But haven’t even seen them in person since 2008. They live 12 time zones away. So we get along perfectly.

Yeah being far away helps a lot in some relationships! 
Always mom and dad. Last left of the four is my mother-in-law, but I always loved them. Seems more often not to be the case, but family is family

Only have one left and he answers to his given name. No warm and fuzzies exchanged here. Purely mutual respect.
My mother in law I just call my Suegra, while her husband I just call by his name. We’re all on pretty good terms with each other though I don’t speak great Spanish so we have a bit of a language barrier between us.
My brother and sister in law I don’t talk to often, but I don’t think of them as “in laws” more so I just think if them as brother and sister.
