How does everyone feel about the impeachment?
I feel like there is evidence to show he abused his power… but I dont think itll go much further in the Senate. If the Republican vote to remove him they would be self destructing their party.
It is about protecting our Constitution that needs to happen… If it doesn’t what precedent will be set?
The precedent that would have been sent had there not been an acquittal is that impeachment would become a political weapon of the opposing party. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
Purely political impeachment in search for a crime. I don’t believe that is what our founding fathers envisioned. From even before he was elected Congress vowed to find something, anything to impeach him for. It will not bode well for the Democrats and history will not be kind to them.
When did the house dems say they would impeach him prior to his term?
It won’t bore well for Republicans… The Republican party is being destroyed
